Leadership Stark County offers community education and leadership development programs that fulfill its mission of developing a core of motivated leaders for Stark County. These include the 10-month Signature Program for established leaders, the 6-week Spotlight Stark County program for young professionals, the 6-week Government Leadership Academy for elected officials and prospective candidates, the 1-day Encounter Bus Tour, and the Alumni Advantage program for graduates of similar community leadership programs on other areas.
