Pneuma sources, structures and invests in buyouts and growth investments for developing and/or profitable companies where we can leverage our extensive organizational optimization, business development and industry experience to achieve compelling growth and return for stakeholders. Since our inception, Pneuma has vetted dozens of transactions and currently holds majority ownership or strategic partnerships across several asset classes.
