WELCOME TO VITAL PROJEX We have developed a unique and powerful not-for-profit premier training program to help leaders bring out the utmost potential in the young people they work with. We go beyond rules, beyond lectures and beyond fear to create an unprecedented authentic community experience aimed at changing lives. We call this the Vital Paradigm. Our Mission! To provide alternatives of hope to troubled youth through preventative and reactive needs-based programs. We do this through quickly creating emotionally-safe environments of respectful, supportive relationships and by providing developmental opportunities to grow as a whole person (mentally, socially, physically, emotionally and spiritually), in order that young people can become productive members of their communities. We do this through supporting anyone who works or volunteers with young people, by training them in our successful and amazingly effective paradigm. VITAL Today: We have a foundation of over 100 years of combined experience working with youth. We've focused this experience into three areas: 1. ‘No Limits’ & ‘UnLimited’ Programs – Highly successful school programs. 2. VITAL Training Paradigm Programs – These are five and seven day residential training programs for adults who work with young people. 3. VITAL Professional Development Courses – Tailored to suit your needs. We are based in QLD but work across Australia and internationally too.
