In March 2016, Rob was joined by Dev Majithia. Rob and Dev worked with each other at Austin Benn between 2009-13. Dev has twenty-five years’ recruitment experience and seven years’ working within the financial markets including working at Barclays and Royal Bank of Canada. Delectus Partners strives to deliver a high-touch recruitment service suitable for clients who want to partner with an agency that fully understands their business and the market in which they operate.
