The purpose of the Highland Public Library is to connect community members of all ages with materials, programs and services which encourage lifelong learning, personal growth and enjoyment. The library will provide resources in the most efficient manner possible assembling print and non-print materials, introducing new technologies to provide reliable and relevant information. Highland Public Library promotes equal access to information for all persons and recognizes the ongoing need to increase awareness of and responsiveness to the diversity of the community we serve.
