Yenibirlider, in Turkish literally means ‘A New Leader.’ We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization geared towards crafting the next-generation of Leaders in Turkey. Our approach is structured towards identifying the most talented of individuals at an early stage, linking them with leading companies, organizations, and experts operating in a variety of business, Non-Profit or governmental spheres in order to support future leaders’ personal and career developments; expand their professional networks and allow them to build their skills and experiences in an accelerated form. Ultimately Yenibirlider exists to lend way to the emergence of the talented individuals as pioneers in their respective fields of interest. Founded on July 9, 2012 with the objective of laying the foundations of a sustainable leadership ecosystem in Turkey and supporting the potential future community of leaders, Yenibirlider Association is built upon the efforts of its devoted and dynamic professional team, its members consisting of the next-generation of Turkish leaders and experienced advisory board members who has long been rendering outstanding services to community at large.
