Marc has many years of experience as responsible manager for various operational departments in the (corporate) ICT services and High Tech Industry. He has a proven track record in managing customer service and project implementation teams. His technical background and skills as a people manager form the basis for achieving targets and objectives. His entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm and good communication skills guarantee success as a manager in a department where implementation, service delivery and customer satisfaction are the main goals. In his job he always search for challenges in a technical or IT environment in the area of service delivery, customer service, operations (customer-facing) or complaint management.
