Our journey began in 2009, as the Styleone Group, with our very first project being an awe-inspiring landmark - the Styleone store at Adyar. Styleone Properties Pvt. Ltd. was formally established in the year 2011. The constant thirst for higher perfection led to the company's rebirth as Lokaa in 2015. Our evolution has been strategic and steady, with signature projects across India. We have completed 1.2 lakh sq. ft. of residential and commercial projects, with 1 million sq. ft. of construction to be completed by 2015.
