CANNAC was established in 2015 in order to support foreign companies interested in exporting their goods to Poland, starting operations on the Polish market, buying Polish products, establishing business cooperation with Polish companies and institutions. We might be an external branch/export section for foreign companies /Partners who plan business operation in Poland. Together we will create and implement project development strategy. OUR SERVICE Market analysis The market analysis comprises of: - a study of market attractiveness/value, - a competition analysis, - certificates and licences, - potential customers, - suppliers and subcontractors, - pricing policy, - promotion opportunities, - distribution methods. Development of a market entry strategy The Partner defines its concept of market entry, as well as expectations and budget (acceptable level of investments). CANNAC makes an analysis of the above assumptions in comparison to market data and presents a preliminary strategy including the costs of its implementation for the Partner’s approval. Commercial actions Active sales actions, preparation of price lists and commercial offers, preparation of a customer database, meetings with customers, preparation of commercial offers, development of a distribution network. Marketing actions Preparation and administration of a website and printed materials (brochures, catalogues), advertisement in media, participation in specialised fairs, etc. Sales and after sales service Customer service, product delivery to customers, post-sales services.
