Authorized by Florida Department of Education to provide Governance Training (State Mandated in Florida) for Charter Schools, Governance Consulting Services, Appeals of School Board Decisions and Special Education Advocacy for Parents. Mission Our Mission is to provide quality services to improve the Governance of Charter Schools (particularly Independent Charter Schools), to improve School Accountability for those decisions by providing Effective Advocacy in Administrative Appeals of School Board Decisions, and finally to promote the needs of Children with Special Needs. Description GISA provides Charter School Governance Training (Approved by Florida Department of Education) for Charter School Boards. We protect the rights of Charter Schools and Other Companies in Disputes, Protests, and Appeals in Administrative Law Proceedings with the purpose to improve School Accountability. More importantly, we defend the the rights of Parents to receive Education Accommodations for Children with Special Needs.
