None of the products we make contains additives or preservatives; we can guarantee a very high-good quality because we control each step of the truffle supply chain, from the harvesting till the labeling. We are highly specialized in the harvesting and packing of fresh truffles; we have our own truffles plants and we are the offical supplier of some important starred restaurants all over Europe and USA.
