Specialised Training Centre provides quality approved and accredited training courses for personnel serving in the maritime and offshore industries. The centre was established in 2012 to qualify the Ukrainian and international seafarers and Offshore Energy Industry personnel training for making them more competitive on the international seafarers labour market. KMSTC specialises in developing value-added training courses for bridge, engine and cargo operations by using state-of-the art, permanent training facilities and modern simulators that offer dedicated learning environment. Specialised Training Centre is accredited by the State Inspection of Ukraine on Safety in Maritime and River Transport and by the Offshore Energy Industry Training Organization (OPITO) for providing STCW and basic offshore safety training courses. We are continually adding new courses. Since July 2020 BOSIET with CA-EBS (5750), FOET with CA-EBS (5850), HUET with CA-EBS (5295), CA-EBS Initial Deployment (5902), Basic H2S (9014) are available. The centre carries out quality assessments for the specialized preparation and confirmation of seafarers’ competencies due to orders of companies. The assessments are carried out in compliance with the customer companies’ competent management systems according to national and international legislative requirements.
