The WTS Patent Attorneys - Witek, Sniezko & Partners has been founded in 2002. Our activity focuses on legal assistance in all aspects of industrial property rights management in the life sciences, particularly in pharmacy, biotechnology, agro-biotechnology and chemistry, as well as in trademark cases, utility models and designs. The patent attorneys working in our partnership are licensed to conduct all manner of cases dealing with IP protection, both before Polish administrative bodies as well as their counterparts in the European Union, meaning the European Patent Office (EPO) as well as the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
