The International Society of Radiographers and Radiological Technologists (ISRRT), was founded in 1962 as a non-profit organisation, and now has over 80 Member Societies representing more than 75 countries, over 500,000 Society members and in excess of 5 000 Associate Members. ISRRT is officially recognised as an NGO (Non-Government Organisation) by the World Health Organisation. ISRRT is the only organisation representing all disciplines of Medical Radiation Technologists internationally.
