The company was founded in November 2014 by Frank Sibandza, Prior to starting the company Frank Sibandza worked at as an Accounting Tutor at the University of Johannesburg, were he is studied his Bcom Economics and Econometrics, then briefly held a position as a Data Analyst at Mitek Engineering, Frank Moved to Afrinest Online Solutions as a Business Analyst , He then held a position as a Strategic specialist in the Linked Investment Service Provider Platform at Stanlib Wealth Management where he worked in various strategic and research projects.Frank then joined forces with a few other experts such as Nomasonto Gonyane (Bcom Economics and Risk Management, NWU), Mpho Maboya (Bcom Statistics and Financial Modeling, NWU), Noxolo Zikalala (Bcom Accounting,UJ), Mametsi Mokgethi(Bcom Accounting, UJ) and Tebogo Mashobane (Bcom (Hons) Economics and Econometrics, UP).
