Wing Tai Malaysia Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia on 8 July 1966. It was listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in January 1979 and delisted in August 2017. It was privatised and renamed Wing Tai Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in October 2017. The principal activity of Wing Tai Malaysia is investment holding. Through its subsidiaries, Wing Tai Malaysia is involved in property development and investment, retailing of apparel and lifestyle, garment manufacturing and trading and investment holding. Le Nouvel KLCC is Wing Tai's latest high-end condominium in KLCC, located at Jalan Ampang, right opposite the Petronas Twin Towers.
