Powered Up Business Networking is an evening which started in Ipswich, Suffolk. It's a relaxed event and it takes place in the pub! We are now making our way across the UK with new locations being announced all the time! Being a business owner can be tough, you spend all hours working, sacrificing a social life and finding yourself sat in front of a screen most of the time. Powered Up Business Networking gives you the opportunity to still be working and to have a drink at the same time. We believe in getting to know the people behind their businesses to find common ground. This establishes stronger personal relationships which can then be formed into strong business relationships. Each month, we make slight tweaks to the format to keep things fresh and to get people slightly out of their comfort zone to assist in forging new relationships – after all, that is one of the things you want to do when business networking! We also have a speaker each month that will provide true value. Information that you can take away and use in your businesses. There’s nothing worse that going to a business networking event to listen to someone pitch to you for 30 minutes. Learning is an important part of business and what better way to learn than in a pub?
