"It starts with a laugh" The Festival Laval en Rires/Festival Laval Laughs’s mission is to offer the public the opportunity to discover and appreciate different types of cultural events mainly through humour, as well as being a leading tourist event that enhance the greater Laval tourism offer. Its mission is to become a source of economic, social and cultural wealth. The festival originated from the idea of creating an event based on inclusivity, diversity and multiculturalism and in the desire to highlight the talented comedians of Laval, Quebec, Canada and from all over the world. The Festival Laval en Rires/Festival Laval Laughs’s is built to be accessible and appreciated by the entire Laval population, for ages 8 to 88.
