Go Kid Music (GKM) is a Brighton based production company specialising in writing, recording and producing amazing songs and music for primary school age children and their families. Created by children’s songwriter and performer Al Start, GKM is dedicated to providing high quality, inclusive children’s entertainment. Age-appropriate and quality music for primary school aged children can be hard to find. We are here to fill that gap and provide parents with a solution to their children’s entertainment needs without giving them an accompanying headache. Beginning by performing in schools, Al Start’s songs quickly became a favourite with families across the whole UK. Our songs contain a mixture of everyday subjects, imaginative stories, and topics covered in school. We also write and produce exceptional children's musical theatre. Our inclusive shows with signing, puppetry and captivating storylines have been a sell-out phenomenon at Brighton Fringe Festival over the last decade. We are growing and expanding and looking to link with like-minded professionals. Producing content that children and families can relate to, with whole families in mind at every step of the creative process, we are on a mission to start a children’s music revolution- join us!
