Like too many technology companies we have been guilty of promoting the "technology" and not the result of what the technology can achieve. Hopefully we will be able to change this on our LinkedIn site and all the other mediums we use to help our existing clients and the market place in general. Automated data collection by barcode scanning, RFID or good old fashion one fingered typing half the challenge, the next is making sense of data collected and making it available to the people who need it most. We are all about capturing good data once and using as many ways as you can!
