I have extensive experience working with business professionals, stay at home moms, college students, professional athletes, military personnel, and police officers. I am also passionate about helping those who suffer from obesity, chronic pain and health conditions, which many are easily resolve with proper nutrition, physical activity and the right coach. He believes all clients have the capability of achieving a healthy, balanced, and peaceful life. This requires evaluating the body as a whole and developing a plan that teaches ideal posture, how to breathe and move, facilitates body awareness, and incorporates massage therapy and healing touch.
