The WPCCA is comprised of professional commercial, residential and industrial painting contractors who are signatory to the Southern California Painters and Allied Trades Master Labor Agreement. We are also a chartered chapter of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of California (PDCC). WPCCA is very active in all aspects of the industry at the local, state, and national levels. The association’s time, talent, energy, and resources are devoted to our members – the union painting contractor.
