With more than a decade designing icons and icons-to-be that span this long, narrow nation, it becomes hard to highlight the highlights. Still, our 640,000 m2 dormitory campus for 60,000 National University students set a new standard for Vietnam student housing. Spanning 50ha of land, the project is completed with 35 high-rise buildings presently in use. Our heavily praised track record in mixed use function includes the German House, Saigon Dragon and Lancaster in CBD of Ho Chi Minh City, developed by TTG with 120.000m2 CFA, which additionally features 90.000m2 of residential space.
