Nutrition workshops and speaking engagements can be scheduled locally or virtually and tailored to the needs of the target audience. In addition, I love writing about nutrition and unique projects! In my private practice, I specialize in helping individuals and families optimize their health, well-being, and eating behaviors. I offer personalized nutrition counseling and group workshops using a non-diet, weight-inclusive framework, which means I don’t focus on body size or prescribe eating rules to follow. Instead, I serve as a guide on the journey to better health and wellness using evidence-based nutrition principles and modalities. This wellness journey looks different for everyone; there is no “one size fits all.”
