Primera Companies, is a privately held company that has developed over three million square feet of state-of-the-art industrial warehouse space in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. The firm also manages 300,000 SF of office space in Arlington and completed the development of a spec 100,000 SF small-suite office complex in Plano in June 2009. Primera has a second Plano office building that was completed in June 2013. Primera Companies was founded in 1989 by Ralph and Cornelia Heins. The company has followed an investment strategy of creating and holding a commercial real estate portfolio with an integrated, hands-on approach. Development, asset management, leasing, marketing and property management are all coordinated within the company.
