The ISS Labour Management team has over 20 years experience of delivering innovative and pro-active solutions to the rail and light-rail industry. They are focused on providing a responsive, reliable, high quality service and have a real understanding of the delivery and performance issues facing our clients who include Network Rail, the four IMT Contractors and a wide range of other rail specific organisations. Our workforce is in excess of 600 staff comprising track, trades, planning, surveying and engineering staff.
