ZORGE manufactures custom specified elastomeric- and gasketing parts for the European OEM industry. Established in 1952, the family owned company comprises ISO and TS certified production facilities in the Netherlands (head quarter), Germany and Hungary, and is part of the ZORGE-HOFFMANN group. ZORGE supplies well known European manufacturers in the automotive industry, heating industry, electro technical industry and packaging industry worldwide. ZORGE has specialized in advanced injection moulding techniques in rubber, thermoplastic elastomers and thermoplastics. This includes also twenty five years of experience in liquid injection moulding (LIM) of liquid silicone rubber (LSR), 2-component injection moulding and microbonded rubber-metal parts. Also used are die-cutting and waterjet cutting techniques for manufacturing gaskets and cutted parts.
