Optim is built on a simple business model of invoice discounting delivered with a focus on cost-effectiveness, speed and integrity. Our client base consists of small growing companies who require non-traditional sources of funding. We provide a short-term cash flow solution known as ‘invoice discounting,’ also referred to as ‘spot factoring.’ Our product is simple, yet customized to our clients’ requirements. We buy single or multiple invoices at a discount from a client’s receivables base. The invoice(s) must be current at the time of purchase, and we advance the client up to 90% of the invoice value in cash. When the invoice(s) come due for payment, the client’s customer pays the invoice value in full to Optim. We then subtract our fee and pay the client a rebate from the balance.
