SAREA was established in 2008 to support the business efforts of real estate agents, through the provision of quality, industry-relevant education and training services. The company is accredited by the regulatory authority to offer the prerequisite qualifications for registration/licensing as a real estate agent in South Africa. SAREA is also accredited to issue exemption certificates where an applicant holds an equivalent or higher qualification that is relevant to the prerequisite qualification.
