Established in 1997 David Trowler Associates are an independent practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Access Consultants providing a comprehensive range of professional services to those involved in the acquisition, development or maintenance of property. Specialising in maintenance, refurbishment and alterations to existing buildings we have experience in a wide variety of properties from listed buildings to modern offices and a significant proportion of our projects involve occupied premises. Through close association with a range of consultants including structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers and quantity surveyors we are able to offer a complete service to all clients. Quality assurance is essential in enabling us to provide all Clients with an efficient, reliable and high standard of service and all projects are monitored, on a continuing basis, to ensure our services are delivered on time and within budget. The Practice is ISO 9001:2008, and ISO 14001:2004 accredited and we are also registered with Constructionline. Based in offices on the Wirral we operate through the North West of England, Cheshire, Shropshire and along the North and Mid-Wales coast for a range of clients in the public and private sectors.
