We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Volunteer coaches lead teams of 3rd-8th grade girls over a 10-week program. Our program develops skills to appreciate health/fitness and culminates with the girls positively impacting their communities through a service project and being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5K event. There are two separate and distinct programs: Girls on the Run for girls in 3rd-5th grade and Heart & Sole, our middle school program that meets the unique needs of girls in 6th-8th grade. We offers both programs in the fall and spring for Stark, Wayne and Tuscarawas Counties.
