HT Tooling Solutions Limited was established in 1991 with the aim of manufacturing highly technical injection mould tools to the highest standards, whilst still remaining competitively priced. From the outset HT Tooling Solutions Limited has pursued a constant investment program, which has resulted in a tool room containing superior quality, high technology machines housed in our own 12,000 sq. ft. factory. We have built up a close working relationship with our customers based on honesty and reliability and offer a complete ‘in-house’ package including customer product DFM, mould flow analysis, mould tool design/manufacture, tool trialing/validation, along with ISO 9001:2008 quality system in place. HT Tooling Solutions Limited has a turnover of approx. £3.5m and is well equipped to meet your needs, using Charmilles, Mikron and Roeders machines. We are always looking for new and innovative ideas, concepts and using emerging technologies to ensure our injection moulds remain of the highest possible quality, delivering reduced cycle times, dimensional accuracy, and more stable processes throughout the life cycle of the tool.
