Morgan Legacy Partners (“MLP”) as it is today, began in 2011 when founder Peter Morgan sold a large New Hampshire project known as The Highlander. Peter used the sale proceeds to build an impressive portfolio of commercial real estate assets under MLP’s ownership concentrated in the Carolinas. These assets include two retail centers and two industrial properties located in the Charlotte MSA as well as six manufactured housing communities. Morgan Legacy Partners has an advisory board consisting of eight highly experienced real estate and finance professionals with decades of experience. Additionally, MLP has strong relationships with local project and property management groups that locate opportunities, oversee property rehabilitation, and manage MLP’s portfolio of real estate assets. At MLP, we also work with our investors to help them develop financial independence through passive income opportunities. To accomplish this, we primarily focus on value-added or underperforming real estate projects in growing markets.
