I am educator, author and consultant. My consulting work is focused on leadership development and coaching, strategic planning, change management. I have a passion for helping individuals and organizations achieve peak performance. As a professor, I teach in the organizational psychology and graduate management (e.g., MBA) programs of several universities. I also mentor doctoral candidates through their dissertation processes. I regularly speak on topics such as leadership development, strategic planning, and change management.
