We're one of the largest water, wastewater and environmental laboratories in New Zealand, and have the largest air quality monitoring and testing operation in the country. We've been operating since the 1950s and our IANZ accredited laboratories now span the North and South Islands of Aotearoa. Our laboratories test drinking water and wastewater for more than a third of the New Zealand population, and we are highly active in the state of environment monitoring sphere, which we consider one of our core markets. Our parent company, Watercare Services Limited, provides Aa-graded drinking water and efficient wastewater services to the Auckland region. It is the 5th biggest company in New Zealand by asset value.
