AVOW enables the voluntary and community sectors achieve their missions for the benefit of the community within the County Borough of Wrexham through supporting the development of individuals and organisations within the voluntary and community sectors; establishing and sustaining good practice; undertaking the provision of services appropriate to the voluntary and community sector; consulting, representing and championing the voluntary and community sectors locally and nationally.
