WereldOuders believes in the power of family. Every child deserves attention and unconditional love. We provide a lasting place to call home for vulnerable children, so they have the chance to get a better future. We help these children to escape from a situation of neglect, illiteracy, abuse, drugs, violence and poverty. With a safe family-home as a basis, all children receive individual attention and support in the area of healthcare, education and autonomy. Since 1991, WereldOuders has been working to improve the situation of vulnerable children in in Mexico, Haïti, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Peru and Bolivia. It does this in cooperation with the international NGO Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH). NPH has been operating since 1954 and has fundraising offices in Europe, Canada, the United States and New Zealand.
