IOU makes new and unpredictable interdisciplinary art, from our gallery, workshop and studio in Halifax. All aspects of the work are original and developed in collaboration with a diverse range of talents including artists, engineers, writers and musicians, to inspire curiosity and wonder. IOU is an artist led organisation with over 40 years of experience making and touring original work. It combines art and creativity with mechanical engineering and new technologies producing innovative performances and installations.
