How do we describe what we do? That’s a tough one. We’ve been called all sorts over the years, and it usually depends on the brief we’re given. So as well as copywriters, editors, plain-Englishers, tone of voice specialists and jargon busters, we’re sometimes known as wordsmiths, verbal identity guardians, copy stylists and brand storytellers.
