First of all you could well be wondering who we are to be providing information about health. We are both therapists who have been in treating people since 2001. Lorna Kennard is a Cranio-Sacral therapist who also does Scarwork, visceral realease and PSYCH-K and Rachael Wall who is a McTimoney Chiropractor, Systematic Kinesiologist and fellow PSYCH-K facilitator. We both have our own skill sets and are open minded to all aspects of healthcare and methods of helping us to stay in balance as this is when a healthier life is the option. One thing that we have consistently witnessed over the years is that people are lead to believe that the destiny of their health is already pre-decided. However there are so many things that you can do to influence your health and your future. The whole field of epigenetics proves that we affect our future by the way that we live our lives. Our environment whether inside our body or in the world around us is influencing our genes which only respond to what is. We are not victims we are powerful creators of our destiny.... This is a huge turning point as we begin to realise that we are the ones who can decide if and when we want to change something in our lives to benefit our health - when we have the right knowledge. We aim to bring you practical solutions and information to illuminate you on areas of your life you can easily change and start to integrate into your life so that you can be healthier and happier both in the here and now and in the future. We all deserve the best health possible and we all deserve to know what our options are.
