It consists of a thorough inspection of the following areas and systems of the home: • Exterior • Roof and gutter system, including the attic • Kitchen, including appliances • Bathrooms • All interior rooms • Basements and/or crawlspaces • Plumbing system • Electrical system • Heating and Air conditioning systems • Structural and foundation system • Ventilation and exhaust systems Certifications: • NHIE. It’s important to note that Georgia is not regulated by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors which means you should be extra careful in selecting a provider who has passed The National Home Inspector Examination® • CRT. Certified Residential Thermographer Training teaches the science of thermography, how to operate an infrared camera, how to interpret results, and how to recognize the limitations of thermal imaging.
