Eastern Federal Corporation and its affiliates Consolidated Realty Company, M&S Shopping Centers, and General Shopping Centers (together, “EFC”) have invested in real estate and private companies since the 1930’s. In 2005, EFC sold its 21 theater, 230-screen movie theater division to Regal Cinemas after seventy years of continuous operation. Today, EFC is the owner of and asset manager for a diversified group of investments including commercial real estate, residential real estate, financial assets, and private equity investments.
