We handle every aspect of your project, from ideal design, development and planning, to permitting, construction, sub-contractors, City, State, and County inspections, insurances and Certificate of Occupancy. We are dedicated from start to finish. We provide in-house structural crews, metal framing, drywall hanging, finishing, carpenters, Window Installers, marble and tile crews for residential and commercial construction projects. We also build Shells for other Contractors and Developers. We work on single family residential projects, to multi-family, large multi-level Townhouse projects, to large 600 home developments. We also do civil projects such as drains parking lots and sidewalks. We choose high quality sub-contractors who have done many projects with us. We try to keep our sub-contractors consistent while maintaining the highest standards in the industry at the best possible price. By building about 50% of our work with our in house staff and keeping a close eye on our subs pricing, we feel we can provide a high quality job for the best possible price.
