Established in 1987, HWA provides a wide range of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services to our clients throughout Central Oregon. Engineering services include Land Use Planning, Development Master Planning, Construction Documents, and Construction Management/Inspection of public roadway and infrastructure improvements, and private commercial, industrial, and residential subdivision projects. HWA also offers the full range of Land Surveying services, including Topographic Surveys, Construction Staking, Property Boundary Surveys, ALTA Land Title Surveys, Land Division and Platting, and Legal Descriptions and Easements.
