And additionally, the welding power can be controlled. Heating With a long history in mold heating, Twenco developed an all-in-one control solution. One module on which all heating zone cables (tracing, thermocouples, power, etc.) can be connected and the Heating Power can be controlled remotely. Easy to setup from a small mold to a big mold with hundreds of heating zones. Process optimization When you use Process Monitoring in combination with Mold Heating, you get the benefit of a complete real time-controlled production process. Knowing what happens inside the mold and controlling the temperature accordingly. All in a final production process report for to quality control information or for trend analysing.
