Our business 3XO is a boutique HR advisory firm specialising in three practice areas: i) Board Advisory · Advising on all people/workforce related aspects of strategy implementation and corporate change; · Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee support; and · Board effectiveness. ii) Projects · Reward review, design and implementation; · Performance management; · Workforce planning; · HR operating model review and action; · Benefits review framework; · HR policy/governance review; · People disclosures (including ESG); · Senior HR team review; · Hybrid working; · Organisational design; and · Regulatory health check. iii) Case work · Executive team configuration and team design; · Hiring; · Investigations and disciplinary; · Extensions and re-configuration; · Identification of coaching and development needs: and · Reward design (e.g. for fixed term/time limited assignments/role). Our approach We offer our clients a proposition that combines the specialist expertise and external perspective of the HR advisor (what needs to be done) and the practical mindset and real experience of the HR practitioner (how to implement successfully). We actively seek to complement and augment our clients’ existing teams, only using our people or other external specialists where necessary. We work hard with our clients to develop solutions that make use of the knowledge of those existing teams and to support them to make those solutions work in practice. 3XO is made up of experienced HR professionals who want to work closely with clients as part of a trusted team, but who, for diverse reasons, don’t want traditional in-house, consulting or interim type roles. These HR professionals are the 3XO Network.
