Since its foundation in 2005, the ACVB studio has developed work in several areas predominantly architecture, urban design, town planning , spatial optimization and real estate feasibility. ACVB practice seek always the best design and optimized land use according to regulations constraints and client's best commercial achievement as well as social and environmental optimization. . Both partners have more than 30 years' of experience working in design development companies where they did collaborate with several teams. ACVB invests in technology and human resources that are constantly updated to respond to a wide range of project types. The use of BIM software in an integrated digital process makes it possible to provide the design with reliable technical information at each stage from concept design to construction helping communication with the client, local authorities or end users. ACVB has already designed for Portugal, Angola, Brazil, Denmark, Morocco, Mozambique, Norway, Paraguay and East Timor. ACVB carried out housing, retail, hotel and office projects, in addition to public services, such as schools, health units, retirement homes for the elderly, religious facilities, fire stations, transport facilities among others.
