Mr. Kutcher has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit and County Court Civil Mediator and is also certified as a Federal mediator by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Kutcher has been approved by U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida to conduct residential foreclosure mediations, and he has been approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services to mediate homeowner insurance disputes and hurricane damages disputes. Mr. Kutcher has been qualified by the Florida Supreme Court to serve as a court-appointed arbitrator.
