We also support large turbine-generator maintenance with high precision measurement and alignment services. We go beyond data acquisition. Mechtell uses photogrammetry and laser tracker techniques to make high accuracy 3 dimensional measurements of large components. We measure features, relative positions, and distortion of components and assemblies. Our techniques combine all measured targets (features , elements) into a single three dimensional model allowing us to obtain dimensions that are difficult to measure directly. Mechtell uses in-house designed vibration monitoring equipment (TurboBalancer 4) for vibration analysis and balancing.
