The SIRNEW company was established at the beginning of 2011 with the mission to develop a new business model developing for the market products with Italian styling and technical skills and operations in countries with high competitiveness. The link with the industrial partner, Sirena Marine, which for years has worked with brands at the top of the Italian shipbuilding, is based both on engineering capabilities and in specific competence in international collaborations. SIRNEW handles trade relations, shares with Sirena Marine market strategies, phases of project management, interacting with designers and production managers. From 2014 the company is developing its own real estate business SIRNEW srl From 2021 the company is developing trough a subsidiary the start up of a new wenture focused on wine production into the "Langhe area" in Italy
